CUSTOM CUT FOAM CUSHIONS
When you start with an excellent quality foam cushion material cut to the precise dimensions and shape of your cushion covers, there is little more that one can do to improve the comfort and appearance of a furniture cushion. Except adding a full dacron wrap to the foam cushion and especially when the dacron wrap is FREE! A dacron wrap does much to improve the appearance of foam cushions and has many other benefits as well including making it much easier to restuff the foam cushion into your cushion covers. We love offering this special to our clients because it adds value and visual appeal to our cushions that will be appreciated over the life of the cushions. We laminate (glue) our dacron wrap to the entire cushion except for the back (zipper) side of the cushion. Most foam sellers just give their cushions a C-Fold wrap that does not cover the cushion sides. When the sides are covered with dacron it is much easier to restuff the cushions into cushion covers because dacron does not stick to fabric backings like bare foam will. This is just one way that we do a little extra to achieve greater client satisfaction.

Dining Seat Cushion Repad Kit
Dining seats are typically some of the most used chairs in any household and they need to be comfortable and supportive. We'd like to help you with the repadding of your dining chairs by providing you with a kit of the materials needed to do the job. We will ship you a set of 4 or 6 foam cushions made of our best and most popular seating foam materials which include our HR 3.1 density/ 33 lb (medium-firm) ILD premium foam or our HR 2.8 density/ 41 lb (firm) ILD dining seat cushion foam, 27" width dacron wrap and a can of our aerosol foam adhesive for gluing the foam cushions to your seat boards and/or the dacron to the foam. We've assembled these kits in a 1 1/2" or 2" foam thickness. Your foam material will be cut to 24" x 24" blocks ready for you to glue to your seat boards and trim to shape using an electric knife or saw blade. Be sure to allow the foam to overhang your seat boards a bit (1/4-1/2") when cutting to protect your fabric from coming into contact with the sharp edge of your seat board.
